Irish Soda Bread
- 4 c. flour, sifted
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2c buttermilk
- Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and mix with hands.
- FLour skillet and place dough ball in center. Cut an X on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes.
