Cream Cheese Cake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. room temperature butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional: 1 c. any add-ins (chocolate chips, fruit bits, etc)
Instructions
- Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add egg and vanilla; mix well until blended.
- Stir in cake mix, a little at a time, until it's blended. Add any add-ins if you're using them.
- Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes, until edges are brown.
Pixxiey's Tip: Use a blender for only step one, cookies will be flat if you use blender on step 2.
